1. How to modify a booking that is done online ?

2. How to cancel a booking ?
Since your booking is linked to Online payment we are not supporting Online cancellaton. Please contact the agency, after checking we will initiate cancellation and refund procedures. +97142664623 / firstname.lastname@example.org. You may receive a confirmation call.
3. I have done the payment online, when I will get my ticket or voucher ?
Instant Ticket or Voucher issuance is currently not enabled for most services.This is because of the current market situation. At this stage we validate the booking details, confirm payment, in addition to that we always try to make a few checks on travel restrictions and flight schedule. If any changes or updates available at that time, we generally inform the passenger before issuing the ticket or voucher. You will receive a confirmation email and later the e-Ticket or Voucher .
4. After making the payment I did not receive the ticket or email, what I have to do ?
Please email the details to email@example.com, if urgent/close travel dates then please call the agency. If payment is not received then the investigation can take some extra time as we are dependent on the updates from related service provider(s).
5. Can I book online and pay at your office ?
Book Now and Pay Later in office is not enabled because of the current market situation as this can result in holding many seats without confirmation. If its not a confirmed trip and still like to make a booking please talk to one of our Travel Consultants. +97142664623
6. Experiences and Tours, is it Instant booking or request for reservation ?
If 'Booking Request' is the option available with the Experiences/ Tours then payment is collected after agency confirm the itinerary and availability on the selected dates. Booking is done offline and Voucher is emailed to you. If 'Book Now' is the option with the Experience/ Tours then its Online Payment and Voucher by email. Generally Event Tickets like a few options only 'Book Now' is supported.
7. Is the online payment gateway is safe to use, are you storing my card details ?
Gulfwings.travel use the payment gateway Paytabs which is PCI-DSS, following the payment security standards. When you pay online you are actually inputing your Card details in Paytabs page and we are not storing your card details.
8. Before travelling what all are the things I have to take care, any guidelines ?
We position ourselves as a Hybrid Travel Agency that provides Online Convenience, same time assure the Travel Agency Care. Ours is not a touchless automated system and our consultants can be contacted for booking related enquiries and support. Checking the validity of Visa and Passport is something to be done with priority (for many countries minimum 6 months passport validity is applicable ). Rules and restrictions set by the country you are travelling to, especially PCR, Vaccination requirements all very important. In all possible cases suggest you to check-in online and to reach airport a bit early.
9. What is refund procedure of Gulfwings.travel ?
Refund process is not automated or can be done online. Please contact the agency.
10. How to resissue an exisiting booking, how to pay the difference ?

11. What is Premium Economy in the listing, I am not getting Premium results for my route ?
Premium Economy is only supported by certain airlines and routes. For the ones that is supported our booking platform will rightly indicate it.
12. Is there any extra charge for paying by credit card ?
The convenience fee is inclusive of all service fees applied by the agency. Other forms of payment methods are also supported if you are visiting our agency, corporate accounts, sub-agencies.
13. What is VAT ? Is it included with the total indicated ?
VAT is the indirect tax on the use of goods and services, mandated by the UAE government and is applied as per law. VAT inclusive /exclusive rates are indicated in the fare/ rate breakdown.
14. What is the refund timeframe ?
General case a refund process takes around 10-12 working days, off-season it takes lesser time. Once a refund is initiated we will be updating on the tentative time it takes.
